D.J. Jordan

D.J. Jordan is a Senior Vice President at Pinkston, a public relations and strategic communications firm in Northern Virginia. At Pinkston, D.J. advises corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies on economic, transportation, technology, and social services public affairs campaigns and initiatives.

Prior to joining Pinkston, D.J. served as chief-of-staff for the Virginia Office of Attorney General, communications director for a U.S. Senator, and communications director for the U.S. House Committee on Small Business. Before his time on Capitol Hill, he worked as a journalist at CNN and Fox News.

D.J. earned a master’s degree in public management from The Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in broadcast communications from Liberty University. He has served on various government and nonprofit boards, including the Virginia State Board of Social Services, Virginia’s Kids Belong, and the Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission.
