Woodford to Milford Third Track (Siding B) will construct approximately 3 miles of third track in Caroline County between Woodslane Road and Paige Road. The additional capacity provided by Siding B will increase the efficiency of passenger and freight trains throughout the rail network and in the area between Fredericksburg and Ashland.

Siding B will increase network fluidity and reduce delays due to passenger and freight train congestion.
