DJ Stadtler
Executive Director
DJ Stadtler was appointed Executive Director of VPRA in April 2021 and is accountable for all strategy, policy development, and operations of the Authority.
Mike McLaughlin
Chief Operating Officer
Michael McLaughlin joined VPRA as Chief Operating Officer in April 2021 where he oversees the planning, programming, design, and construction of rail projects.
Steve Pittard
Chief Financial Officer
William “Steve” Pittard is VPRA’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the Authority’s financial planning, audit, and general accounting.
Joan Verbonitz
Chief Administrative Officer
Joan Verbonitz joined VPRA as the Chief Administrative Officer in October 2021 and is responsible for Compliance, Human Resources, Procurement, Information Technology, and External Affairs and Communications
Michael Westermann
General Counsel
Michael Westermann joined VPRA in November 2021 as General Counsel, having most recently served as the Senior Assistant Attorney General for the Office of the Attorney General, Virginia, for six years.
