Neal Crawford
With more than thirty years of leadership in banking and financial services, Neal Crawford has built a reputation for expertise in banking operations, strategic growth, and business development. A 1985 graduate of East Carolina University with a BSBA in Finance, he completed his four-year curriculum in just three years. In 2008, he furthered his education at the prestigious Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
Currently, Mr. Crawford serves as a Banking/Business Consultant and Investor with PR1, LLC, a role he has held since 2018. His deep experience includes a distinguished tenure as a founding member of the executive team at Integrity Bank for Business in Virginia Beach, where he helped raise $25 million in equity for Southside Hampton Roads’ first de novo community bank since 1998. At Integrity Bank, he served as Chief Development Officer from May 2020 to September 2024.
Prior to Integrity, Mr. Crawford was CEO of Carolina State Bank for Blue Ridge Bank from November 2018 to May 2020, overseeing successful expansion efforts in Greensboro, Raleigh, and Norfolk. His leadership was pivotal in raising $22 million in equity to support the bank’s growth.
